The Diagnosis

A team running two immune systems at once

Antibodies of Trust

DT is becoming a network of teams , long-tenured argonauts working alongside people who joined for the transformation itself. New governance, new processes, new ways of working are landing on a group that hasn't yet built the shared trust to carry them.

That's not a lack of belief. It's a lack of proof. The people driving the change trust the plan because they built it. The people being asked to adopt it want to see it work first. Left alone, that gap doesn't close on its own , it just gets managed around, meeting after meeting.

Misalignment like this doesn't announce itself. It just quietly costs momentum, one handoff at a time.

The timing matters, too. As Argenx itself absorbs a major leadership transition, the wider organization is metabolizing a large dose of change. DT's leadership team has the chance to build its own immunity to that kind of disruption first, and set the pattern for everyone else.

Symptom 01

New processes and governance are being introduced faster than trust is being built to hold them.

Symptom 02

Newcomers and long-tenured argonauts are reading the same situation through two different lenses , and haven't yet compared notes.

The Hypothesis

You don't manufacture trust with a memo. You build it the way a body builds immunity.

Not through information , through exposure. A body that has only ever read about a threat has no defense against it. It needs to encounter it, respond to it, and remember the response. Teams work the same way.

01 | EXPOSURE

The shared trail

Two guided hikes a day, easy and intermediate, so fitness is never the reason someone sits out. Real, mild strain , the kind that shows people who someone actually is, not who they are in a slide.

02 | RESPONSE

The facilitated room

Fireside conversations and coaching sessions that translate what just happened on the trail into what's actually happening back at the office , named out loud, not softened for the room.

03 | MEMORY

What outlasts the week

Rituals, commitments and a documentary artifact the team keeps , so what gets built on the mountain has somewhere to live once everyone is back at their desks.

The Bigger Picture

We are reframing what leadership development can be.

Clarity Trust Alignment Impact Legacy Momentum

Not another offsite. Not another facilitated workshop with sticky notes and a debrief no one re-reads. Antibodies of Trust is a catalyst for the kind of change that actually sticks , because it was earned through shared experience, not delivered through a slide deck.

You leave Lake Como not just with new connections across the DT leadership team, but with the clarity, trust and alignment to carry your organisation through 2027's headwinds , and the habits to keep building on it.

Dose 1 | The Flagship Experience

Three days at Lake Como

Direct flights into Milan, then a 40–45 minute drive to the shore , the shortest path we could design between an airport seat and the first handshake. Base camp is Hotel du Lac Como. Every hike runs in two tracks, easy and intermediate, so pace is never a reason to hold back.

The Welcome

Before anyone laces up a boot, the team gathers for the event briefing and welcome drinks. It grounds three days of movement in the real "why," not a workshop theme.

Welcome dinner after. No agenda beyond meeting each other as people first.

DIAGNOSISDay 2

Naming it out loud

Morning hike, split easy and intermediate. A facilitated fireside session where the group names the real problem , not the version that survives a leadership meeting. Cathleen Manciano leads a session on identity through change; Matteo shapes the day's movement design around it.

RESPONSE & MEMORYDay 3

Relying on each other, on purpose

A sunrise trail, deliberately structured so the group has to lean on one another , the physical version of what's being asked of them back at the office. After breakfast we will wrap up the event with final notes and memories. Departures after lunch.

Your Care Team

The people running the protocol

Renata Farah

Renata Farah

Founder, Rekonnekt , Lead Host & Facilitator

Designs the narrative and emotional arc of the experience end-to-end , the thread that connects from Day 1 to the commitments the team leaves with.

Matteo Bruschi

Matteo Bruschi

Co-founder, Rekonnekt , Movement & Sport Design

Shapes every hike and physical moment so it does actual facilitation work, not just mileage , pace, terrain and group structure chosen with intent.

Bea Cunha

Bea Cunha

Production & On-the-Ground Lead

Makes the logistics disappear , transfers, timing, vendors , so the leadership team only ever has to be present, not managing an itinerary.

Cathleen Manciano

Cathleen Manciano

Executive Coach , Identity & Change

26 years as CEO of a US software company before moving into leadership and organizational transformation work; currently with Getty Images. Brought in specifically to lead the identity and change-management thread of this program.

Gabriele Buono

Operations Coordinator

Runs both trail tracks with full safety and terrain expertise, so the group can focus on each other instead of the path.

Camila Rizzo

Camila Rizzo

Photographer / Videographer

Documents the days as they happen and shapes the footage , together with the Day 1 film , into the artifact the team takes home.

The ROI of Trust

Trust compounds. Distrust compounds faster.

Misalignment inside an organization rarely shows up as a line item. It shows up as slower decisions, work done twice, information held back instead of shared, and good people quietly deciding a battle isn't worth having. Estimates put the global cost of workplace misalignment in the trillions every year , for a leadership team mid-transformation, that risk sits closer than most.

That's the return this program is actually built for. Not three good days in Italy , a leadership team that moves faster together afterward, because trust is doing work that used to require a meeting, an escalation, or a rewritten process to force.

"This can't be a one-off. A single dose produces enthusiasm. The full course produces change."

That return only shows up if the exposure repeats. One offsite is a honeymoon , energizing for a week, forgotten by the next sprint. Real immunity needs the whole protocol: the flagship response, five boosters that keep the antibodies active in daily working life, and a sustained-response event that proves what actually changed. Skip the boosters, and you've bought a great week away. Run the full sequence, and you've changed how this leadership team works with each other , for good.

One dose

Produces energy. Fades within weeks. No structural change to how the team actually works together , the honeymoon effect.

Full course

Produces memory. Trust becomes a default behavior, reinforced six more times across 2027, not a once-a-year event to recover from.
